Internationally renowned in the field of Design & Construction, his heart calling & compassion urged him to work in the domain of Nema Eldercare, where he has launched Assisted Living Homes & home care. He is working towards providing comprehensive services & products for seniors.
Sanjeev provides strategic directions to the group companies & eldercare platform. In addition, Sanjeev loves to teach & travel. In the past, he has been a professor and development & design head for various international companies.
Dr. Chetna Jain

Dr. Chetna Jain
Dr. Chetna Jain is an eminent specialist doctor with 30 years of International & Indian experience. Qualified in UK & India, she traveled worldwide before returning to India in 2007.
She heads healthcare & hospitality operations at NEMA ElderCare. She formulates and customizes care plans for each resident at NEMA. She is deeply involved in training healthcare professionals, including Nurses, Physiotherapists, Lab technicians & Caregivers. She actively participates in all celebrations at the NEMA ElderCare home. In her free time, she loves dancing, painting & traveling.
She is the director at Cloudnine hospital & also runs a healthcare setup.
Dr. Swapnil khare

An intensivist with 9+ years of experience in Critical care Medicine. Ex. Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Paras Hospital, Venkateshwar Hospital, Metro Heart Institute.
He is a knowledgeable, resourceful, and highly dedicated Critical Care physician familiar with the diagnosis and treatment of multiple disease states and health concerns.

An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Dhananjay has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry building innovative solutions and products. He worked globally with the best technology companies during his early career. He is a technology entrepreneur now and has over 10 years of experience as a founder and CTO in startup companies in Healthcare and Fintech. The healthcare company has gone on to become a unicorn with value creation. A music lover by nature, Dhananjay enjoys football, basketball, cricket, and athletics. In addition, he enjoys running as his fitness regime and has completed many marathons.

Dr. Eti Gupta (PT) joins NEMA from 'Medanta,' the Medicity hospital, where she was a consulting physiotherapist for two and a half years. She is a post-graduate physiotherapist specializing in neurological disorders and rehabilitation, head injury rehabilitation, Parkinson's, and vestibular disorder management. She did her bachelor's program in physiotherapy at the famous Manipal University.
With extensive experience at homecare, she has done intensive research work in stroke management at-home setup. She also has experience working with children with cerebral palsy, autism, brachial plexus injury, developmental delay, and hydrocephalus.
A brilliant student & professional, she likes to read fiction novels, gardening, loves adventure trips, and commits herself to helping the underprivileged sections of society.

Akansha is in charge of framing & supervising care plans and activity schedules for each resident. Known as the ‘big brother’ of the team, Akansha, a trained critical care nurse, comes with more than ten years of experience in ICU & Dementia care.
Well networked with healthcare providers of Gurgaon, she has a warm personality and stays calm under pressure. She is a creative person and loves gardening. She loves building relationships and connects emotionally with the residents and their families.
