Healthcare is the primary service sought from the NEMA team. Based on a personalized care plan designed by experts, the following services are provided

Nursing Care
Led by a clinical manager, a team of dementia and critical care-trained nurses provides holistic care to residents by observing, measuring, and recording vitals twice daily. They also manage minor ailments in-house.

Medicine Management
Prescriptions given by consultant physicians are carefully reviewed, procured from a trusted local pharmacy*, and administered to residents in appropriate doses by duty nurses at a fixed time every day.

Hospital Management
In case of hospitalization, our nurses will accompany and admit the senior to an appropriate hospital. A healthcare attendant may be deployed to stay with the senior during the hospitalization period.

Doctor on Call
Physical or online consultations with supervising specialist doctors are facilitated by the nurse in charge. The nurse accompanies residents to specialist consultations, aiding in medical communication. A visiting physician can always be engaged for senior care if required.

Nurse Attendants
Hired from skill development schools in North India and further trained in-house, nursing attendants assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL), such as walking, feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal grooming, with love and compassion. These attendants work under the supervision of experienced staff. Some attendants also provide massages to stimulate the lymphatic system, reducing muscle tension, improving blood circulation, alleviating stress, anxiety, and depression, and increasing joint mobility and flexibility.

Medicine Procurement
Families can provide medicines directly, or NEMA can procure them from appropriate vendors and charge the cost from petty cash.

physiotherapy
An experienced physiotherapist visits five days a week, providing sessions on demand or as advised by consultant physicians. The physiotherapist prescribes appropriate exercises, which are then executed by care attendants.

Lab Service
NEMA facilitates lab tests required by seniors through empaneled quality service providers

Health Emergency Response
Trained BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified staffs will manage emergency situation, Nurses will perform BLS (Basic life support)/CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation), if required. Residents can also immediately be shifted to the multi-specialty hospital nearby for advance intervention via ambulance.
