Delhi NCR- Palam Vihar Gurgaon
NEMA Eldercare currently serves seniors at one elderhome ‘NEMA Grande’. Located in the greenest area of Gurgaon and just 20 minutes’ drive from Delhi Indira Gandhi International airport, it can easily be reached by road or trains. In an area branded by the NEMA ElderCare group, it is surrounded by 2 shopping malls. A closed one and another in high street format, a school, a multispecialty hospital, and faces a green park (NEMA ElderCare park) with a forested green at rear.
NEMA Eldercare Grande, a private old age home, is a purpose-built boutique 4-star elderhome with all elder amenities. It has been designed by international architects to cater to the requirements of the elderly. Each piece of furniture has been designed & manufactured in the NEMA group’s furniture factory. In addition, it has been furnished aesthetically with the support of NEMA interior designers.
All areas are wheelchair accessible via ramp & imported elevators. Elder friendly lift comes with a wider door, Gong, braille buttons, and a host of safety features. Stairs with ample light have multiple gates for safety and color differentiation for easy recognition. Safety grab bars (handrails) have been provided for support in washrooms, stairs, and corridors. Other features include wider doors for open outwards for safety, easy to grip door handles and knobs, antiskid floors in rooms and washrooms, Sliding windows with safety lock.
Green Initiative
NEMA Grande has been built considering green building principles and believes in conserving water and saving electricity. All community spaces have been centrally air-cooled, solar geyser provides hot water, the roof has been utilized for a vegetable garden. Residents are encouraged to reuse towels Each resident elder is encouraged to plant a tree in his name in NEMA Park.NEPL intends to extend its service to various key locations in India & Abroad.
Room Types
NEMA Grande works in Paying Guest format offering four types of rooms including Superior Room, Deluxe Room, Luxury Room, and Luxury Suite.
Superior Room
Superior rooms with an area of 120-130 sq. ft. do not have any balcony. Designed for single occupancy with extra-wide box beds (4 feet.), designer coffee table, plush armchairs, bookshelf, care attendant’s chair, and smart TV, full height wardrobe, the rooms are well lit with walls are painted in soothing colors. Most of these rooms offer the forest view.

Deluxe Room
Deluxe rooms with an area of 130-140 sq. ft. open to either an internal terrace or balconies with a green view. These are suitable for single/twin/double occupancy with possibilities of 4’ wide bed, 6’ wide or two number 3’ wide beds, in case of twin occupancy. Each room has two independent wardrobes along with a coffee table, plush armchair, bookshelf, care attendant’s chairs, side tables, smart TV, and balcony chairs.
Luxury Room
Luxury rooms with an area of 180-195 sq. ft. and attached private balcony are beautifully designed for luxury and comfort. Few of them have private lawns too. They offer ample space with a front garden and rear forest view from the rooms. The rooms are well furnished with 6’ wide box beds with side tables, spacious full height wide wardrobes, designer table and 2 seat sofa or sofa chairs as per choice, bookshelves, T.V unit, plush armchair (if required) and smart TVs

Luxury Suite
There are just 2 suites available for a couple. With an area of 245 sq.ft., the room has three distinct areas; living, sleeping, and dressing. Each designer room open to a rear forest with a French balcony. It is well furnished with sofa sets & center tables, chest of drawers, T.V unit, wide box beds with side tables, etc.
Community Spaces
The Home offers three spacious community spaces, apart from the front yard for functions and a well maintained senior park in front. These are multipurpose spaces designed for dining, activities, games, yoga & exercises, music & dance, etc.
