NEMA ensures the well-being of its residents by providing wholesome and safe meals. The meals are primarily vegetarian, with non-vegetarian options (chicken/fish) served once a week. Meals are tailored to individual dietary needs in consultation with the caring doctor, ensuring both health benefits and taste satisfaction.

 

NEMA’s meal system stands out for its uniqueness, going beyond the traditional three meals a day by offering five meals to meet the nutritional needs of residents

Residents enjoy a well-curated daily routine designed to enhance their physical and emotional well-being. Their day begins with bed tea, followed by personal care assistance and a healthy breakfast at 8:30 AM, featuring a variety of nutritious items. Mid-morning, they are treated to a refreshing assortment of fresh fruits as a healthy snack.      Lunch is served at 12:30 PM, followed by an afternoon siesta. In the evening, residents enjoy tea or coffee with nourishing snacks before engaging in games or activities. The day concludes with dinner at 7:30 PM. Additionally, late-night milk is available for those who require it.
